Indian Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. molasses
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine cornmeal, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Scald milk and pour over mixture.
    Stir well, then add molasses and raisins.
    Pour into buttered casserole.
    Stir twice during early baking.
    Set oven at 375\u00b0.

    1 1/4 hours.
