Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can milk
    1/2 c. miracle whip
    1 big can tuna
    1 stalk of celery, cut up
    1 medium onion, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cut up and brown about 1 1/2 pounds of chicken on stove.
    Take 1 can of cream of chicken soup and 1 can of water; bring to a boil and add 2 c. minute rice.
    Remove from the heat and let set for 5 minutes.
    Spread rice in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
    Place chicken on rice, skin side up.
    Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
