Breakfast Bread(Servings: 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick baking mix
    4 eggs
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 lb. pork pan sausage
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 c. yellow squash, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 c. zucchini, peeled and thinly sliced
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick, eggs, cheese, salt and pepper together in large bowl.
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Add to mixture.
    Saute onion, yellow squash, zucchini and green pepper in butter, covered.
    When vegetables are clear, add to mixture and stir until completely mixed.
    Spread evenly into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
