Moist Raisin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
2 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Boil raisins and water; cook for 10 minutes.
Add butter.
Let cool.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Add raisin mixture to flour mixture.
Pour into greased square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
