Scallops With Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. scallops
    1 lb. Brussels sprouts
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped, peeled tomato
    1 to 2 garlic cloves
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 c. red wine
    dash of black pepper
    oil
    salt
Preparation
    Boil Brussels sprouts in water and salt for 10 minutes.
    Drain and set aside.
