Diane Rehm'S Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
1 (3 oz.) can shelled pecans
2 tsp. cinnamon
5 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
Chop pecans and mix with cinnamon and sugar in separate small bowl.
Grease and flour Bundt pan.
Spoon 1/3 batter into pan.
Sprinkle with 3/4 pecan mixture. Spoon remaining batter into pan.
Sprinkle with rest of pecans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, until toothpick comes out clean.
