Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can fruit cocktail and juice
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except for brown sugar and nuts and pour in greased 9 x 9 inch pan.
Top with the sugar and nuts. Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
Serve warm with a dollop of Cool Whip.
