Rotel Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. Boil in Bag rice
    1 large can tomato juice
    1 can pinto beans
    1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
    1 can chopped and diced Ro-Tel
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef.
    Prepare rice according to package directions.
    Add meat and rice to the other ingredients. Heat on stove top or slowly in crock-pot.
    Serve hot with cheese sprinkled on top of individual servings.
