Punch Bowl Cake - From Texas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    yellow cake mix
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 box vanilla instant pudding
    nuts, chopped
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Prepare yellow cake mix from box.
    In a punch bowl, crumble 1/3 cake in bottom.
    Put cherry pie filling on top of cake; add crushed pineapple.
    Sprinkle vanilla instant pudding and nuts and top with Cool Whip.
    Repeat in layers.
