Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour, sifted before measuring
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. soda
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. fresh chopped apples
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Beat eggs well; add oil, sugar and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients and beat well.
Add apples and nuts; blend in.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
