Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. lean roast
    1 1/2 to 2 c. tomato ketchup (depending on roast size)
    1 stick melted butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. lemon concentrate
Preparation
    Cook lean roast in oven until well done.
    Allow to cool and slice into thin slices.
