Waldorf Imperial Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. unpeeled, diced apples
1 c. diced celery
3/4 c. seedless raisins
1 c. broken pecans or black walnuts
1 c. maraschino cherries (use for garnish)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Tokay grapes, seeded
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss with the mayonnaise.
Garnish with cherries and chill before serving. Makes 9 cups.
