Grandpa'S Stewed Gizzards - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 gizzards
1 qt. stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 c. rice

Preparation

All all ingredients, except rice, in a large stewing pot. Over medium flame, stew until gizzards are tender.
Once tender, serve over rice.
