Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and cornmeal in large bowl.
Toss lightly with a fork.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat with mixer until smooth and thoroughly blended.
Pour into 9-inch pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
