Ingredients

1 lb. butter
1 c. Crisco
6 c. flour, sifted once
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
Preparation

Cream butter and Crisco well.
Add brown sugar first a little at a time.
Then the white sugar, then gradually the flour.
I pat into two cookie sheets or a jelly roll pan.
Should be quite thin. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
