Batter For Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. beer

Preparation

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Good mix for sturgeon, prawns, etc.
Dip fish and deep fry on medium-high until golden brown.
