Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottoms only of loaf pans.
    Mix shortening and sugar in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, water and pumpkin.
    Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Mix in chopped nuts and raisins, pour in loaf pans.
    Bake approximately1 hour and 10 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean.
    Remove from pan and let completely cool before slicing.
