Whipping Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter (1/2 lb.)
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Have all ingredients at room temperature.
    Cream butter and sugar until creamy; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Add flour alternately with the whipping cream.
    Add extract and mix well.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.
    Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 20 to 30 minutes or until cake is done.
    When done, cool on rack about 10 minutes before inverting pan.
    Cake freezes well, tightly wrapped.
