Garlic Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 red tomatoes (Jersey are best)
    5 garlic cloves
    garlic salt to taste
    6 Tbsp. crushed oregano
    1 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes in 4 squares.
    Crush up garlic cloves.
    Add garlic salt to taste.
    Add oregano and 1 cup of olive oil (depending on texture, 1 1/2 cup of olive oil).
    Chill and serve with Italian bread.
