Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 green peppers per person
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1/3 c. catsup
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    salt and pepper
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Cut top out of peppers and hollow-out inside pulp.
    Brown hamburger and onion.
    Cook rice as directed on box.
    Mix hamburger with rice; add shortening, catsup, salt and pepper to taste.
    Fill peppers and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with cheese.
