Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. enchilada sauce (red or green)
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    tortilla chips
    Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    sour cream
    1 small can sliced black olives
    1 lb. ground beef (chuck)
    green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat with onion and green pepper.
    Drain off fat.
    Spread tortilla chips in a single layer in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine hamburger with enchilada sauce and mushroom soup.
    Pour meat mixture over chips.
    Spread sour cream over this. Sprinkle on Cheddar cheese.
    Sprinkle black olives and green onions on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serve with chips and sour cream.
