Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. strawberries
3/4 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
red food coloring
1 baked pie shell

Preparation

Crust 1 cup strawberries.
Add water and bring to boil; simmer for
3
minutes.
Combine\tdry ingredients, add to hot liquid, and
return
to
heat.
Stir
until mixture thickens. Cool and pour over berries in baked pie shell.
