Fresh Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 lb. or 2 1/4 qt. fresh tomatoes, cored, seeded and diced
1/2 c. diced red onion
1/2 c. dark chili powder
1/3 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
1/3 c. lime juice
1/4 c. jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
2 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. ground white pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in bowl; stir until well combined. Cover and chill.
Makes 24 servings, 3 ounces each.
