Chocolate Melt-Away Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. butter
    1 sq. chocolate
    3 Tbsp. hot water
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
    beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Cream brown sugar and butter.
    Melt chocolate and add hot water.
    Add egg yolks, beaten and vanilla.
    Sift salt, cake flour and soda.
    Add alternately with buttermilk or sour milk.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour into 2 (8-inch) layers (pans).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
