Make Ahead Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cooked, cubed potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place a layer of potatoes in bottom of a greased loaf pan. Combine soup with cheese, onion and seasoning.
    Alternate layers of cheese and mixture of diced potatoes, ending with cheese on top. Cover with buttered crumbs.
    Refrigerate until baking time. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
