Carrot Cake With Buttermilk Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and baking powder. Beat oil and sugar until creamy.
    Add eggs, flour mixture, carrots and nuts.
    Bake in oblong pan 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
