Mexican Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 large bunch green onions, chopped fine
    2 Roma tomatoes, chopped fine
    10 or more drops Tabasco (your preference)
    1 small bottle Green Goddess dressing (if not available, I use Ranch)
    1 loaf thinly sliced bread, cut into rounds or squares (no crust)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise and cheese.
    Frost each bread round with mixture.
    Top with a piece of artichoke heart.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Serve hot!
