Cottage Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 peeled, cold, cooked potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Slice or dice potatoes.
    Heat butter in a skillet.
    Add potatoes; saute, without stirring, until golden on underside. Turn; brown on other side.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
