Ingredients

2 cukes, sliced
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. sugar
salt to taste
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 scallions, sliced
Preparation

Slice cukes very thin into bowl.
Let stand in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Just before serving, mix yogurt with sugar, salt, pepper and scallions. Squeeze excess liquid from cukes and toss with scallions and yogurt dressing.
Serves 4.
