Sunshine Ham And Pasta(Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. canned milk
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 or 2 tsp. prepared mustard
    4 c. hot cooked, drained elbow macaroni
    1 c. julienne strips fully cooked ham
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter in large saucepan until tender.
    Stir in flour and salt.
    Gradually add milk and water.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture just comes to a boil and thickens.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in cheese until melted.
    Add mustard, macaroni, ham and green pepper.
    Heat to serving temperature.
