Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. chopped apples
    5 small beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. nuts
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat by hand the oil, sugar, apples, eggs and nuts.
    Add the flour, salt, soda and vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 90 minutes in an ungreased loaf pan or angel food pan.
