Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken breasts, boiled
3 c. milk
1/2 c. minced onion
12 slices white bread, crust removed
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. or 2 bags grated Cheddar
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. minced celery
Preparation

Dice 6 slices of bread.
Put in large greased baking dish. Mix chicken, onion, celery and mayonnaise.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over bread and spread.
Cover with rest of bread. Over this, pour eggs and milk.
Refrigerate overnight.
When ready to bake, pour soup over preceding and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
