Indonesian Gado Gado - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. creamy peanut butter
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 medium lemon/lime
    1/2 c. water
    salt to taste
    1 c. bean sprouts
    1 c. cabbage, chopped
    1 cucumber, sliced
    1/2 c. carrots, julienne sliced
Preparation
    Boil water, brown sugar and salt.
    Add the peanut butter, stirring, until the mixture is a thick consistency.
    Remove from the heat and squeeze in the lemon juice, stirring until the the sauce is smooth.
    Steam or lightly cook the vegetables.
    In a large bowl, mix the vegetables and the peanut butter sauce; serve.
