Shom Tortes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 dash salt
Preparation
    Beat the egg whites until frothy.
    Add vinegar, vanilla and salt; beat with Mixmaster.
    Beat in sugar, adding slowly.
    When peaks form and hold on mixture, drop on lightly greased cookie sheet with spoon.
    This makes 6 tortes.
    Place in cold oven.
    Turn oven on to 275\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
