Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 can creamed corn
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 pod pepper (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Bake in an iron skillet at 450\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
