Cauliflower And Peas Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cauliflower
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 c. frozen peas, thawed
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. cashews
    1 c. Ranch-style dressing
Preparation
    Clean and core cauliflower, then cut up into bite size chunks. Place in a large bowl.
    Add onions, peas, celery and cashews. Pour dressing over all ingredients, then toss.
    Chill for 3 hours, stirring every hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
