Vanilla Wafer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    12 oz. box vanilla wafers, crushed
    1/2 c. milk
    7 oz. pkg. flaked coconut (optional)
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition.
    Add vanilla wafers, alternating with milk. Add pecans and coconut if desired.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
