Cream Of Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. rice
    4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. hot milk or cream
Preparation
    Cook rice in chicken broth until soft. Strain liquid into another pot. Puree the rice in a blender with a little broth. Return it to the pot. Add hot milk or cream. Salt and pepper. Simmer a few minutes.
