Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. finely grated zucchini
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 sq. melted chocolate
Preparation

Add oil, sugar and zucchini to beaten eggs and blend.
Combine dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.
Stir well.
Blend in chocolate and nuts.
Bake in well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool and frost.
