Wiener Schnitzel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    veal cutlets or 1 round steak, cut in 4 to 6 large pieces
    flour
    eggs, beaten
    salt
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Pound meat until 1/4-inch thick with mallet.
    Flour the meat; dip into salted beaten eggs, then into bread crumbs.
    Fry in deep hot oil until done, 7 to 10 minutes.
    Drain on paper towel. Serve.
