Ruth Dickey'S Raisin Filled Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raisins (1 box)
4 tsp. flour
2 c. cold water
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. walnuts
1 c. sugar
1 c. shortening (1/2 c. Crisco and 1 stick oleo)
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
6 c. flour
Preparation

To make filling:
Grind raisins and walnuts together.
Add 4 teaspoons flour, 1 cup sugar
and water.
Cook until thick and set aside to cool.
