Vegetable Patch Pita Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cut up vegetables
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
pita bread
any combination of the following: cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, green onions, green peppers, celery, zucchini and cherry tomatoes
Preparation

Combine vegetables with mayonnaise and mustard.
Split pita bread; fill with vegetable mixture.
Add lettuce, if desired. Serves 4.
