Black Bean Salsa(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (6.1 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 small purple onion, chopped
    1 large green bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
    1 Tbsp. chopped pickled jalapeno pepper
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir together first 6 ingredients. Whisk oil and next 3 ingredients. Pour over bean mixture and toss. Chill for about an hour before serving.
