Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 flour tortillas, divided
    1 can pitted olives drained
    1 c shredded monterey jack cheese
    1/3 c picante sauce or salsa
    1/4 c loosely packed cilantro
    OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS: chopped green onions, chopped green peppers, sliced onions
Preparation
    Place tortillas on flat baking pan. Chop olives, combine olives, cheese, picante sauce, snip cilantro and add to cheese mixture. Evenly spread 1/4 cup mixture over a tortilla pressing down firmly.
