Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can artichokes, drained and cut up
    1 c. Swiss cheese, cut up
    1/2 c. mayo
    3 to 4 scallions, chopped (use greens)
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and heat in microwave for 4 to 5 minutes (until cheese melts).
    Serve hot with crackers.
