Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 yellow squash
    12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 eggs
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. evaporated milk
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Use 2-quart casserole dish. Slice squash and steam until tender. Beat eggs and milk; add butter, salt, pepper and all but 1/2 cup of cheese. Next, add the squash and onion. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle remaining cheese.
