Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation

Heat water and margarine to boiling.
Stir in Bisquick all at once.
Stir over heat until mixture leaves side of pan and forms ball (about 1 minute).
Remove from heat.
Beat in eggs, beating until mixture is smooth.
Mix in cheese and seasoning.
Drop dough by teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until puffed and light golden brown (18 to 20 minutes).
