Grandma Carter'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box pasta (macaroni or ziti)
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes in thick tomato puree
    1 brick Longhorn style yellow cheese
    salt to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Boil pasta to cook as directed on box, usually 12 minutes at a rolling boil.
    Drain in colander.
    Rinse pasta thoroughly with cold water to prevent finished product from becoming gummy.
    Cube cheese into small pieces.
    Cut whole tomatoes into smaller pieces.
