Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. cooked potatoes, sliced
    3 Tbsp. fat
    salt and pepper
    crushed crackers
Preparation
    Dice cooked chicken meat.
    Thicken broth with a paste made of flour and fat seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Fill a baking dish with alternate layers of crackers, chicken and potatoes.
    Cover with crumbs. Pour in a gravy, dot with bits of butter.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 3.
