Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    6 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. onions
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    5 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, celery, onions, parsley flakes and bouillon cubes with water until tender.
    Blend flour with small amount of milk; stir into tender vegetables.
    Add remaining milk.
    Add cubed cheese and set off stove.
    Cover and let cheese melt.
